My father bought your product the Walkman MPEG4 play....but when we saw your product the trademark is DV MP4 Player made in China while the other one is Sony made in Japan...the one which is made in China has an defective because when we charge it on the said charging hours when we use it the machine is low battery. What can we do? I hope for immedietly action. Thanks and good day
