Home | First message in thread | Previous messageI have the exact same model, GR-DF550, and the exact same problem. A quick Google indicates there are thousands of other JVC digital camcorders that fail with a "Lens Cap" error which puts the unit in "Safeguard Mode" like mine. What is JVC doing about all this? I can't even find a reference to "Safeguard Mode" problems on their Web site. -- Jahan
