Hi, I am haveing the same problem with my DAV-S300. There does not seem to be any problem with the operation and the front panel screen shows looks and I am even getting sound to the phono jacks when I play a CD but the speakers are acting like they are on mute but they are not on mute. I dont even get the test tone when its operated. The machine is not putting out sound at all. If you or I receive a reply as to the solution, please let me know and I will do the same. regards, Bill
