I gave a requst for serivce to my Onida TV when your technitian visited my home on 4/07/07. He inspected my TV, charged me Rs. 400/- and asked me to deliver the TV to your service centre.
Accordingly I delivered the TV to your service centre at Borivli on 07/07/07. I was promised that the TV woud be repaired and returned to me on 14/07/07. But it was not done. I was then promised the return on 20/07/07. When I enquired today i.e. on 21/07/07 the TV is still not repaired and a new promise of 24/07/07 is given to me.
I find that your service department is utterly negligent and careless to customers' needs. Had you told me in the beginning that it would take so much time to repair, I would not given the TV to you.
I therefoe call upon you to return my TV duly repaird positively by Tuesday 24/07/07. If for any reason you are not able to repair the same I call upon you to return my TV as it was, and return the service charges collected from me. I shall then take further action as may be advised.
