gosh i have the same problem w/ the same product i heard from someone that it is probably having a malfuntion because either 1. the sensor for the lens cap is in bad condition, or 2. it has been aimed directly to the suns rays. if anyone knows how to reset the camera it might help for number 2 as for one all you can do really is get it fixed buy a proffesional or buy a new one. either way they both cost quite a bit. Hopefully someone who knows more will help.
