Home | Previous messageI too have this 'lens cap' problem. I contacted JVC and they sent me an 'authorisation' letter, valid for three months, to have it repaired. Unfortunately I have to contact the repairer myself and all the phone numbers that JVC have supplied are either continually engaged, disconnected, or not accepting messages any more. Perhaps they hope that by the time I finally contact the repairer the 'authorisation' will have run out! Maybe it's time to call trading standards!
