hello i have a sharp vl-nz1o5u,it got dropped and since then when it turns on the screen will flash a DEW sign a couple of times and then turn off. also theirs a red battery with a line through it on the screen. when i plug in the charger the charging light does not come on either. any ideas? thanks neil
