Hi, I have a sharp Mini DV ViewcamZ. Im having trouble with inserting tape into the camera. Getting error message "DEW". It will not close with tape but will close without tape. I have a STR-DE825 Receiver and when I turn it on after 3 or 4 seconds it displays "PROTECTOR" and after another 4 seconds it smells like something it's burning.
