Hi Stacey I have a Sony DCR-PC5E Camcorder which has recently refused to accept cassettes or even let me close the casette carriage. The error code C:32:10 flashes on the screen. Can you help please?

I am experiencing the same error code on my DSC-W1 camera. The camera is now unable to store a readable jpeg picture... :( any hint?
