I have a JVC VM-4200 Plasma Display Monitor that has stopped working. The self diagnostic lamps light and flash as follows: No. Lamp position Conditions 1. Upper Flashes 2. Middle Lights 3. Lower Lights I'm stationed in Germany so any help you can provide is appreciated. Thanks.
