Hi Jessica: You are certainly Welcome, glad I could be of assistance. No, it's never happened to our Sony DSC-S40, the one I discovered the 'Quick Fix' on and no one, so far, has responded back that after using the 'Quick Fix' their camera again had white/blank LCD screen problems.
