Hi Jessica: You really don't need the images to fix the camera yourself. Follow these instructions for my 'Quick Fix' which avoids opening up the camera: 1. Hold camera firmly in left hand 2. Holy crap it worked...have you ever had a problem with the white screen coming back after thumping it?
