Your model "IS" covered and full details sent via DIRECT e-mail including info applicable to Canada, as they also offer the same service as the US but in a super-low profile manner.

    The problem is I do not have a jvc store or anything like that here. The place I bought it at wont even touch it cause well I didn't get extra warranty. PLus I spent like two hours trying to find some way to contact jvc ><. And I did not apparently receive a manual for my camcorder.
