Try resetting the micro. Although this will erase all your presets, While holding the Select Button press the Standby button and hold it for two seconds. I'll send you the instruction manual just in case. The reset procedure is on pg 19. Good Luck, Eric

I also cannot figure out how to change time. Could someone please send me page on how to change time. It's a jvc s690
