Home | First message in thread | Previous messageThank you. This worked perfectly. I opened the keyboard and took the CMOS battery plug out. Waited about 15 minutes and put everything back together. It came back to life right away. PS: I also pushed the power on button for 15 seconds to drain the PC, as was suggested in another forum.

do u need to back up your system before doing this? and did it work actually? also, what do u do when the keyboard is acting up? i have two dead keys the delete and the F9 key. |
