Should anyone else be reading this and intending to make a posting, please be aware if its done under someone else's ORIGINAL posting it may not be seen, as its always the OLD original postings date that appears and NOT the date you may have made yours, causing it to be treated as an expired posting.

I have a JVC Digital Video Camera model no. GR-D72U that is experiencing the "lens cap no picture problem" you have been helping people with. Thanks so much for taking the time to do this. Could you please send me the info I need to get the camera repaired? I appreciate it. My e-mail address is:
