HomeI have a JVC digital video recorder (model GR-D72U).... I have a JVC digital video recorder (model GR-D72U) It is only 2 years old.... On the viewing screen all I get are colored lines from top to bottom, not picture at all. I have tried every mode and still nothing. It records these lines, but the sound records just fine. Any ideas what the problem may be? Can this be fixed? Thank you!

ANYONE INTENDING TO MAKE A SIMILAR ENQUIRY SHOULD "NOT" MAKE IT IN THIS SECTION BUT DO IT BY CLICKING ON "POST NEW MESSAGE" AT THE TOP OF THE SCREEN. IF YOU MAKE A POSTING IN THIS SECTION IT APPEARS AS AN OLD JUNE 2006 POSTING WHEN IT APPEARS ON THE MAIN PAGE. my camera is all black It look like it has the lens cover on still. It is the same model Dana, my camera is experiencing the exact same problem today...i just sent an email into the forum asking for advice...could you let me know if you hear anything at all..I was owndering if there was some sort of service menu that would reset the camera..hopefully that would take care of it. thanks Eric |
