Home | Previous messageHAVE JVC inherited from Mother.. had to by over the counter remote and has worked fine until now. Somehow the closed caption has been activated and cannot turn it off. I am trying to use the buttons / arrows on the set itself / Get to the closed caption sectin and there's not directive to shut is down. 1997 model - AV20820
