Hi:
I have a JVC GZ21u Hard disc recorder
Problems
Can not down load video to computer or DVD
Looks like I made a bad decisiopn as I can not sell this on e-bay as it apperars that others have have the same problems.
I guess I'am stuck with a bad purchase as the place I purchased is not willing to take it back and there appears to no bre a lot of support out there
Question?
What do I do with this $600.00 piece of junk

i have jvc-mg21u 20gb camcorder and i have hard time to download videos to my laptop
and use aditing program.

I just purchased one, works just fine, i even burnt the video to dvd using the software that came with it. works through USB as any other mass storage drive, windows picked it up and installed the software.
