Home | Previous messageHello, I have an GR-DVL520U camcorder. When I turn it on to Record mode it indicates that the lens cover is still on, which it is not. Other than that it was working fine. I noticed that there is a free repair of this problem until October, 2007, but my model was not included on that list. Is that just an oversight or will they fix this one for free? Mark

This model is not one that was potentially fitted with a faulty image sensor, however info sent via direct e-mail on the most likely cause of your problem, the info having an attached JPEG for illustration purposes. |
