The following is all the information the tv repairman gave me. 2004 Sony, Model KP-57-HW40 CB Board, Part # 1-682-886-13 He contacted Sony and was told they no longer make the part. I contacted a couple of parts places and they said the same thing. If you need any additional information I could probably look on the back of the tv. Thanks, Kim
