Need a CB Board for Sony 2004 tv

I have a 2004 Sony 52" television. We were having trouble with the tv coming on for 1 minute and then shuting down. We had a repairman come out and he disconnected the blue chip so the tv works now but the color is really off. We need part # 1-628-886-13 for model # KP-57HW40. Hope someone can help us find this part. Thanks.
