Hi my sister bought a JVC TV model AV-K29MX3 and the problem is that she lost her remote for the TV. She bought an RCA remote but as we tried to use the remote in sequential up and down is ok but in direct access like Channel 20, by pressing 2 the channel changes already. So the only way to change channel is sequentially one by one up or down. When I called the JVC service center they said we have to order the remote 2 to 3 weeks and it cost us almost 2,000 pesos in the Philippines. But when I tried the universal remote to another brands everything is OK. Bad experience for JVC indeed, very bad.
