I purchased my jvc gr-d73 camcorder about three years ago, i have not used it for about 8 months .I recently turned on the camcorder to record ,but i had no image on th lcd screen.The lens cap error symbol keeped flashing on the screen even tho it was removed.Can you help me or give me some advice to fix the problem

    hi same happened to me its a common fault in jvc but if you still have receipt jvc say they will repair it free. go to www.which.co.uk/reports or search jvc admits camcorder problems on the which site thanks neil

    Full info sent via direct e-mail which includes details on the procedure used to obtain a free repair provided you are the original purchaser of the device.
