I purchased my jvc gr-d73 camcorder about three years ago, i have not used it for about 8 months .I recently turned on the camcorder to record ,but i had no image on th lcd screen.The lens cap error symbol keeped flashing on the screen even tho it was removed.Can you help me or give me some advice to fix the problem.

They fixed my camera and it was out of warranty for quite a while.....it was a FACTORY FAULT so they make it good....in or out of warranty for FREE!!!

It appears that in the UK JVC will repair most faulty camera's whether they are in warrenty or not. We returned our camera to Currys / Comet who sent the camera back to JVC, the repair took less than a week to completeand was back with us by christmas.
