JVC GR-D33U E-04 error / "Safegaurd Mode" I used my camera for 1 event, about 1.5 hours, and the stored it for 9 months. I tried to recharge and use it recently, only to find that I have an error code that JVC told me I would need to take to an authorized JVC dealer to service. They said it was something with the tape tension, or that the tape must be dirty. I know the tape was not dirty, but I have no idea about the tension. ...I do know that my tension is high. Do you have any help? I live in the D/FW area and travel to Houston every few weeks.
