Hi, I had a DISK ERROR showing on my MP4 PLAYER's screen. I fixed it by using the MP3 utilities that is on the cd included in the package. The tool allows you to format the space reserved to your MP3 files. It will not delete any of the programs installed on it. Try that and let us know.... Thanks, Al, |
