I am having a problem with my JVC Camcorder . It displays Safeguard Mode - Please remove Battery and reinsert. I've done that a number of times but I simply can't get past these messages which efectively renders the camcorder useless. Is the problem with the recorde itself or the cassette tape. I t've trid a number of new tapes ad the same message appears no matter how many new tapes I try. I don't know what I did to brig on this condition as the camcorder was functioning normally before. Someone on a message forum reckons JVC stands for Just very crappy. I'm starting to agree - although I have read messages where other camcorder models such as Sony experience the same problem as well. I am wondeing If you or some one that you know of may be of assistance in resolving this curious problem. Thanks Gerard
