Home | Previous messageSame problem - WHILE UNDER WARRENTY - JVC told me to take it to the dealer - who closed his doors. JVC was not willing to fix it. I had to pay another service centre myself. Having another problem now, about condensation, I found by accident that a model in the US will be fixed for free until next year for the lens cap problem. This model is not available in the US. Is that not the same product with a different model number?
