Re[2]: Error Codes Assistance

Jen Posted Dec 27, 2006, in response to:Roger B. Goobie

I wish I had an answer to your problem - I have the same issue today and was wondering if you figured out a solution to the C:13:02 problem yet. I can't access my disk... thanks- JLN

Hello all, I bought a DVD 404 yesterday and I had this 13:02 error when finalising the disk. Tell me, are you guys using DVD-RW or DVD-R or DVD+RW? Are you formatting using Video or VR? I was using Sony DVD-RW and Video formatted. You can salvage SOME of the disk, if it was not recorded in one VOB file. Put the disk in your computer, open the Video_TS folder and copy as much as possible to your hard drive. You can then burn this to a DVD video disk by dragging those vob files to the video ts folder on that video disk (I use Nero). Im not sure how to salvage PART of the corrupted VOB files. BTW the good vob files can be played in windows, just rename them temporarily to .mpg and windows media player will play them. let me know about your disks/format type, Thanks, Mark.
