Home | Previous messageI have a Sony DCR - DVD403 and have been getting a disk error C:13:02. I had this error on 2 DVD after I finished recording my only son 1st birthday party and have not been able to recover any of the video footage I shot. My wife is extremely dissapointed and I am seeking a way to reciver the video footage if I can. Prior to getting this disk error I had a vibration message and disk recovery message. Can any one suggest how can I go about recovering these footage? I would really appreciate it.

Use a "Cleaning duster" spray can (available at Office Depot/Staples/etc.) and spray the reading head in the camcorder. I wish I had an answer to your problem - I have the same issue today and was wondering if you figured out a solution to the C:13:02 problem yet. I can't access my disk... thanks- JLN |
