HomeWhen trying to record the screen is black and only record the sound. It also says that the lens cap is on when it is not. I have reset camcorder but has made no difference. Is this a major problem or is there a simple solution

Full info sent via direct e-mail including details of the procedure used to obtain the free (QUALIFIED) repair on this particular defect. hi, can someone please send me the info on the black screen and lens cap issue as i have this problem as well. thanks in advance. my camcorder the same model began saying the same message on a dark screen. have been given a repair cost of near 200 punds by local jessops store any advice Hi i also have the same problem have had the camera for a while but never really used it well 3 times this being the third and now i have the same problem that the others are talking about |
