Hi ! I think you should disassemble the tuner module from the main board then take off the solder side cover then - with a magnifying glass - look for some feed thrue components pins then resold the usual broken joints . Clean the work with FLUX REMOVER then ..... Enjoy your tv set as usual !!! ...
