HomeTuning problem Hi... Have a JVC TV Model# AV-31BM6. The TV will not tune into any channel, unless it has been on for a while. When it does tune into a channel, it will not stay tuned; it goes to a snowy screen at times. It may be off for a day or two and you turn it on and you get a picture.....then it will go out again to a snowy screen. It does this with the VCR and DVD player attached as well. Have replaced all cables. Everything else works great!! Thanks for your help!!! Jim and T.J.

Hi ! I think you should disassemble the tuner module from the main board then take off the solder side cover then - with a magnifying glass - look for some feed thrue components pins then resold the usual broken joints . Clean the work with FLUX REMOVER then ..... Enjoy your tv set as usual !!! ... |
