Hi, I was having the same problem with Sonic Stage 4, I´m using a SONY WALKMAN, XP pro and SP 2, according to the details you can read on error message, the error is when Sonic Stage try to connect to a remote IP, then the program stuck due to the process, i fixed the problem disconnecting my internet connection and running the program without connection.
