Helena, Is your TV model on the list if compatible TV's if so, are you sure you entered the correct code for your TV? Did you try the same model remote the second time? If ? #1 is no, then try a different brand remote that has your EXACT model on the list. If yes, still try a different brand. Good luck, Bob
