HomeTV Remote Power Button Not Working When I use the remote to turn the tv power on or off it doesn't work, instead in puts the tv onto "mute". Any suggestions. Have tried a new remote but this does the same.

Helena, Is your TV model on the list if compatible TV's if so, are you sure you entered the correct code for your TV? Did you try the same model remote the second time? If ? #1 is no, then try a different brand remote that has your EXACT model on the list. If yes, still try a different brand. Good luck, Bob |
