Dear Sir, I would like to know the service center in the Philippines of JVC appliance specially for DVD's. Our DVD locked up and we cannot open and use it right now. I hope you may help us find out what can we do regarding this problem. Best Wishes, Mary Joy

you can visit heir website at www.jvc-asia.com, they hv service cntr in makati and in las pinas... hope i help you
