Hello there, i'm facing the following problem when I try to record with my camera, there comes just no image at all and the information " remove lens cap" appears while I'm not usign the cap at all, so all I can see is an empty black image and it just records sounds with no image............ I have already tried to clea it just like it's expalined in the manual however the message to remove the cap keeps on coming and no image. Can you pls help me about this matter?
