This is all I found on Mits site. Don't think this pertains to your problem because you have the three r-b-g horizontal lines, right? Still think it's a vertical deflection problem (IC or Cap).

Symptom: NO PIX, SOUND OK
Cause #1
1. CHECK FOR 1200V AT DG CONNECTOR (PCB MAIN) OR AT SF CONNECTOR (GREEN CRT PCB).IF MISSING CHECK C546 AND D515 FOR SHORTS, R569 FOR OPEN. LOCATED ON PCB MAIN OFF PIN 1 OF FBT. C546 - #189P072020 (.1UF 1600V) R569 - #109P052010 (FUSIBLE 100 OHM 1/4 WATT) D515 - #264P146010 (RC-2) 2. IF CRT FILAMENTS ARE NOT LIT CHECK FOR OPEN FILAMENT SERIES RESISTOR R545 (2.7OHM 2W) ON PCB MAIN. 3. CHECK FOR 5V AT IC711 PIN 3. IF MISSING, REPLACE IC713. LOCATED ON PCB-MAIN. (272P16201)

Hi - No, I don't have any lines. Screen is black for any video and built in test.
The picture collapsed to 3 lines with about an inch between each, then the lines formed a V in central 1/3 of screen, then fell to screen bottom. Dead since then. Sound is fine. I see no corrosion or leaky caps that the tech said is the likely problem.
