Wow...I can't believe the number of people having the same problem. Sorry to say that I'm now one of them too...horizontal red line, left top corner. My big question is...has anyone tried contacting "this company" over this "slight" engineering oversight. The internet can be an awesome tool...I thought my problem was an isolated incident.
