Unfortunatley if the message won't clear, you will need service.
Being in a dry climate does not mean the condensation error won't engage. If you go from a cool (air conditioned) environment to a warm (outdoor) environment or visa versa, that can trigger the message. Any quick temperature change like the example I gave can trigger it. You may or may not have noticed such an issue or the unit may just have a problem for some other reason..it is hard to say. Call (800) 252-5722 for JVC Customer Care and inquire on service. IF you have an extended warranty company..contact them first.
