Re[2]: JVC service or questions

Bea Posted Sep 05, 2006, in response to:Bea

Thank you for the info but it is a 1 week past the warranty for the 90 days labor. I cannot believe the problems this thing has caused. Why does the camcorder do this? It has never recorded more than 5 minutes.

    JVC service or questions

I wanted to add...if the unit never worked for more than 5 minutes after you got it, you should have taken steps immediately. The manufacturer cannot assist you if they don't know you have a problem. If you get it fixed and you ever have another problem...your best bet is to contact them right away. I hope all works out for you.

    JVC service or questions

Bea, A week is nothing...please contact JVC and use your warranty. You have a mechanical piece of equipment..things can go wrong and that is why warranties are in place. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND CALL JVC. They have been known to accomodate warranty coverages 4-8-12 weeks out of coverage.
