Nope I have the same problem Mine did the EXACT SAME THING my belt broke is How I knew it was broke but I replaced the belt and noe it does not work the door opens and closes but It does not play I will never buy another JCV as long as I live U think I would have learned a while ago on my truck But no I wanted to give them a second try well thats it for me I will tell everyone not to buy any JVC stuff ever unless u want it to brake
