My len wont shut and it says turn off then on again. I dont kno wat to do.

  I also have the same problem nonw.
  My DSC W1 is also not working. It says "Turn off and turn on again".
  If i turn off and turn on, it does not work also.

    replace ur lence,and make flunge back adjustment if need

  the same thing happened to me
  the zoom motor has been damaged.
  it took me 60EUROS to repair it
