      Hi Alex I have a DCS-92. The lens has recently jammed out at 3/4 length. Tried new batteries etc. I note that there are a number of similar cases of others having the same problem. are you able to help.

    I also have the same problem nonw. My DSC W1 is also not working. It says "Turn off and turn on again". If i turn off and turn on, it does not work also. - Suresh

      replace ur lence,and make flunge back adjustment if need

    the same thing happened to me the zoom motor has been damaged. it took me 60EUROS to repair it
