Hello Stacy, well, after reading all of these bad comments about JVC, I had this same problem for about a month now, the message comes up E03 UNIT IN SAFEGUARD i did all possible things, even clean the entier unit. is there a solution to it, or, just get another camera after spending almost a $1000.00 thanks for the help,
