Home | First message in thread | Previous messageTry unplugging the unit for several hours. Upon plugging it back in...let it initialize for a few minutes and then see if the tape will pop out. IF it does not...then contact JVC at (800) 252-5722 for further instructions. IF you just purchased it...have that information ready for the customer service representative.
