Home | Previous messageWe just purchased a JVC DR-MV1S DVD recorder. This morning I put a VHS tape in the slot and it is now stuck. It won't go all the way in, it won't come out. The instruction booklet doesn't address this seemingly minor problem. Please tell me what to do to get the tape out. Thanks, Cathy

Try unplugging the unit for several hours. Upon plugging it back in...let it initialize for a few minutes and then see if the tape will pop out. IF it does not...then contact JVC at (800) 252-5722 for further instructions. IF you just purchased it...have that information ready for the customer service representative. |
