Help

I have the above television and camcorder. The TV suddenly has a green tint around the outside of the picture. Any idea what this is and approx cost to repair? I also have the above camcorder that tells me the lens cao is on when it is not. It will play back but will not record. Any ides of problem and approx cost of repair?
